Are you someone who loves making results happen? Tier One Partners is seeking a creative, highly motivated Account Executive to join our team.

This position is a heavily client-facing role focused on providing outstanding client service, media relations, content creation, and other duties that support successful public relations campaigns for assigned clients. We're looking for someone who is passionate about learning and gaining a deep understanding of their clients' industries, businesses, and competitive landscapes to drive earned media relations efforts, develop high-quality written materials, and deliver measurable results. This role requires resourcefulness, creativity, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while building strong relationships with clients and reporters.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, journalism, marketing, English, or a related field
• 2-3 years of PR experience, at least 1 of which should have been at an agency and preferably in B2B technology
• Proven track record developing and executing successful earned media relations campaigns
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different formats
• Familiarity with Meltwater
• Strong understanding of program measurement approaches
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment without sacrificing attention to detail
• Collaborative, solutions-focused approach and eagerness to take initiative

A successful team member in this role will:

• Play a key role in a client's earned media program, including identifying appropriate media contacts, developing creative pitches, conducting email and phone outreach, and staffing media interviews with clients - all leading to outstanding coverage
• Develop high quality written content, including press releases and bylined articles
• Maintain outstanding client relationships through effective communications, reporting and problem-solving
• Be highly detail-oriented and able to anticipate next steps and ways to proactively move projects forward
• Contribute meaningfully to client calls and updates, providing concise updates and informed recommendations
• Collaborate with team members to ensure that deliverables remain on track, to troubleshoot issues, and to optimize tactics for better results

Work Environment

This is a full-time hybrid role and you will be expected to work from our Boston office at least twice per week, depending on client and team needs. Occasional day and overnight travel for client and Tier One purposes may be required.
