Are you someone who loves bringing stories to life? Tier One Partners is seeking a creative, highly motivated Account Coordinator to join our team.

This position plays a key and visible role in supporting the public relations, content and social media goals of our diverse client base. Our ideal candidate has at least 1 year of experience in a Public Relations role (ideally in an agency environment) and is capable of providing outstanding client service, media relations, content creation and other duties required to support our award-winning public relations campaigns.

A successful team member in this role will:

• Be able to present information and ideas clearly.
• Consistently meet deadlines and goals set forth by managers and clients.
• Maintain composure and objectivity under pressure.
• Build and maintain outstanding client relationships through effective communications and reporting.
• Take responsibility for ensuring work produced is of outstanding quality and adheres to Tier One's standards of excellence.
• Actively participate in team meetings and be vocal with valuable suggestions for new ideas and approaches.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates a commitment to securing results for clients.
• Supports activities for assigned accounts and ensures deadlines are met; producing high-quality work that aligns with agency/client goals.
• Assists the team in coverage scanning and compiling client measurement reports using the Meltwater platform
• Participates in regular internal and client meetings; plays a vocal role (with the direction of supervisors).
• Supports account research projects, such as media list development; editorial and speaking calendar research and tracking.
• Begins to hone creative media pitching skills (including brainstorming story angles, drafting pitches, conducting phone and email outreach to reporters) with support from team members
• Participates in the creation of story ideas and interview opportunities for trade, online and business press.
• Conducts daily or weekly social listening; identifying news that informs the program Plays a role in drafting of certain materials (advisories, press releases, pitches, speaking abstracts, social content).
