As an AAE, you'll get hands-on experience working with high-impact technology clients in a variety of industries, including AI, digital health, fintech, and climate tech, and work alongside teammates who are dedicated to helping you learn and grow. You'll contribute to client wins every day by:

• Researching and building smart, customized media lists, helping write media pitches, and supporting teams with media outreach.
• Conducting daily and weekly listening to track trends and surface news to help clients stay ahead, including tying client stories to business and technology trends.
• Creating and managing speaking, editorial, and awards calendars and helping pursue relevant opportunities.
• Assisting the team in coverage scanning and compiling client measurement reports.
• Supporting creative brainstorming sessions for campaigns and content.

• Being a self-starter who takes ownership of assigned responsibilities, anticipates next steps, and moves account work forward.
• Seamlessly supports your assigned accounts, demonstrates excellent planning and organizational skills; consistently meets deadlines.
• Produces high-quality work that aligns with agency/client goals.
• Helps account teams build media relationships and secure on-message coverage in trade, local, and national outlets.
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills and conveys a professional and confident demeanor.
• Actively participates in team meetings and is vocal with valuable suggestions for new ideas and approaches.
• Effectively manages up to your team managers about the status of project.s
• Technical proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Knowledge of Cision, Meltwater and other media databases; strong social media experience preferred
